What is the minimum order quantity?

For new screen print orders we require a minimum of 24 pieces per design/color combination. Higher quantities unlock better per-piece pricing — check your quote for exact price breaks.

What apparel brands do you carry?

We source from top wholesale brands including Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, and more. Our catalog includes t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, long sleeves, hats, and promotional items. Browse our full catalog to see available styles and colors.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We specialize in screen printing, which delivers the most durable and vibrant results for bulk orders. Embroidery for polos, caps, and workwear is coming soon. Contact us to discuss your project.

How does pricing work?

We offer all-inclusive pricing — the per-piece price you see includes the blank garment, ink, and print labor. No hidden setup fees on reorders. Your price depends on three things: garment style, quantity, and number of print colors. Request a quote through your portal for an instant price breakdown.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Since we import all garments to Aruba and do not carry stock, blank availability may add 7–12 days for uncommon styles or colors. We'll confirm the full timeline when we send your proof.

Can you handle rush orders?

Yes — we accommodate rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Rush turnaround is typically 2–3 business days and may include an additional fee depending on the order size. Reach out as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer design services?

Absolutely. We have an in-house design team that can create or refine your artwork at no additional cost for orders that go into production. Visit our design service page to submit a brief.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer vector files (Adobe Illustrator .ai, PDF, EPS, SVG). High-resolution PNG files (300+ DPI) are also accepted. Avoid JPEG, low-res images, or Word documents. Check our print specs page for full details.

How do I place an order?

First, apply for a trade account. Once approved, you'll get access to your portal where you can browse garments, request quotes, approve proofs, and track orders — all in one place.

Do you ship off-island?

We are based in Aruba and primarily serve local businesses and the Caribbean region. For off-island orders, contact us to discuss shipping options and lead times.
